User Agreement
These baseline terms govern use of Kinelio accounts, profiles, memorials, family spaces and durable Public ID/QR features.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use Kinelio lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
2. Memorial authority and respectful use
When creating or managing a memorial, you represent that you have an appropriate relationship, permission or other lawful basis for the content you submit. Do not impersonate living people, knowingly publish false harmful claims, or upload material that violates privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.
3. Your content
You retain rights you already hold in your content. You grant Kinelio the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up and deliver content according to the visibility settings and features you choose.
4. Public and private visibility
Public profiles and memorials can be viewed, linked and indexed where indexing is enabled. Private, family and member-only areas are subject to access controls, but users should still avoid uploading information they are not entitled to process.
5. Public IDs and QR
A Kinelio Public ID is designed as a durable service address. Kinelio may change technical implementation while preserving the identity mapping where reasonably possible. Physical QR products and associated service terms may have additional commercial conditions.
6. Prohibited use
Do not abuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with security, scrape protected areas, distribute malware, harass others, or use Kinelio for unlawful content or activity.
7. Availability and enforcement
Kinelio may maintain, modify or temporarily interrupt features and may restrict or suspend accounts or content for security, legal, abuse or integrity reasons. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.
8. Changes
Material revisions should be versioned, dated and communicated in a manner appropriate to their effect. Where law requires fresh acceptance or notice, Kinelio should use that mechanism rather than relying only on continued use.
